Cancelations

If you cancel 14 days or less from your reservation date no refund will be given. 100% refund on all cancelations before the 14 days.

Pets

Pets are not allowed. If this rule is broken there will be an additional cleaning/damage fee assessed.

Smoking

The condo and the grounds are a smoke free facility. No smoking of any kind are allowed and an additional cleaning fee that we feel necesary will be assessed if this rule is broken.

Children

Children of any age are allowed at no extra charge.
